Dear Family of Carol and Heartwood Enterprise,
I spoke to Carol on the phone many times over the years as I called her work to talk to my brother Adrian, Every time and I mean every time she was so great to talk with, I found myself thinking how glad I was she was there helping my brother out and what a gift from God she was to him and his Company.I will miss hearing her voice and joking with her.
Why does God call so many great ones home early?
You are all in my prayers!

My husband, son, and I only met Carol a couple of times, but she worked with my sister at Heartwood. I have never known my sister to be happier at a workplace and with a colleague. Carol’s smile lit up a room and her loving nature touched more people than she knew. Through my sister, I was able to feel what a kind and wonderful woman she was. My condolences go to Carol’s family.

This message is in dedication to Carol from my late husband – Mark Jenkins (Fabrications Unlimited Construction) who passed 6/11/07. May they rest in peace together! Mark spoke very highly of Carol and the few times I spoke to her on the phone was such a pleasure. Both of them were so young, but just thank God for the time we had with them here on Earth. Keep your faith and lean on God – he will be with you at all times to help you through this -may God bless each and everyone of you!

I just returned from out of town and was very shocked and saddened to hear of Carol’s passing. We were friends, growing up in the same neighborhood and attended school together. We lost touch through the years but caught up with each other at a class reunion. It was good to she her, talk about old times and hear about her family. My husband owns a painting company and would work with Carol through Heartwood. He would always tells me how nice it was to talk with her. Carol was a sweet, caring and beautiful lady. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family at this time of incredible loss. May God’s love surround and comfort all of you.

My heart aches for Sara and Jeanne and Heartwood. Carol knew her eternal destination and I find comfort in knowing I will see her again. And I can’t wait, because I loved her. She was patient in teaching me computer lingo and always said,” love ya girlfriend”.
I loved her too and am glad she came into my life. May the Lord Jesus Christ comfort all the mourners.
